Throughout their entrepreneurial journey, the Castro's slowly but surely built an impressive real estate portfolio one multifamily property at a time. Today, they hold a multifamily real estate portfolio with over 2,500 doors between Florida, Texas and Tennessee worth over $700 million dollars. This portfolio provides their family over $500,000 per month in positive cash flow with no tax implications.
